I know your taking the piss, but there is a story behind that, it was a total accident, on the floor was LOADS of really small stones, and it REALLY hurt my back being stabbed by them all, and I forgot where the camara man was so when i stood up and realised where the camara man was I was (ahh fuck I cant show I'm in pain) so me holding back the pain of my back turned out to be that face, I never did it cause I thought it was "badass" it was a total accident and we thought it was funny.

wish I'd got into something like that when I was younger, Used to be able to scrabble over big climbing frames like a monkey, prob don't have the limb eye coordinatiion or strength or skill for anything like that now, keep up the gud stuff, tried the Magic roundabout yet? hehe! whats difference between parkour n Free running?

to be honest, when it comes to parkour/free running your never really too old or too young my brother is 11 and he does it, granted the only reason we are all ages between 14-18 is because we met at school or college, but I dont see why you shouldnt give it a go...

PROOF that parkour is great help in every day life a few of the people who do parkour with you's were getting chased in town today by 2 fat guys lol and you's were dismounting from gregs and everything lol the guys had no chanse way to go and cool vid
