The prob, Yes he told the kid, but the guy, like many parents DONT do know a days,should have dropped the camera grabbed the kid by the arm and say WHAT DID I TELL YOU? or just let him get kicked and learn the hard way and pay lots of hospital bills and mental torment for the child later what ever suits the parents of this fine young child :D

Stupid dad's fault. That kid could have EASILY died on the spot if that horse kicked him in the head, or severely disfigured him for the rest of his life.
