A single MCF-7 breast cancer cell undergoing cell division over several hours. This is a cancer cell line stably transfected with GFP:tubulin, allowing for visualization of the microtubule spindle (greyscale). Images were acquired with a spinning disc confocal microscope by the Marcus laboratory at the Emory Winship Cancer Institute.
