Wrong. Sam Taylor is still very much alive and her birth name is Myroslava Lastivka Lydia Luciw.

Her real name was "Myroslava Lastivka Lydia Luciw", not "Jadwiga" as the uploader is saying. So if he got her real name wrong, the "tragic house fire" story is probably wrong as well.

i missed Sam.Why did she have to leave video hits? This show and "Switchback" were my only favorite shows on CBC in the pre-"Simpson" days

Samantha is still alive and i've seen her a few times already in 2013. MuscleJ's random 'go check the newspapers' and other vague sources to support his claim are all false. Samantha is healthier than ever and doing great.
