He doesn't say that the only club he wants to join is Tottenham so they have probably same chances as f.e. Arsenal or Liverpool. Maybe a bit higher but only because of Spurs finishing in top4.

Spurs and Barca are 2 my favorite teams and sorry, but they aren't that class as xavi and iniesta are. Plus vdv always has his injury problems and he is yet to show his class this season. But having Bale and MAYBE Hazard next season, Spurs AS A TEAM could match even Barca. And that's the best thing. You can't speak about particular players in Barca because they are a TEAM. Same with Spurs. You can't say Modric is the best player of the team, cause they also have Bale or Parker.

As a Man Utd fan i must say Luka is a true Midfield Maestro! Passes, Long shoots, Dribble, Crossing, Free Kicks and every now and then can score goals, you name it he is a Master, i have the feeling he will join stupid Chelsea F.C in the summer along with Man City's Carlos Tevez.
