Bob Schneider and Dad - Fathers' Day 2008 - Moon Song

For Fathers Day I treated myself to a Bob Schneider show. When I show up they tell me his dad is opening for him, so I was intrigued.

Now I know where Bob gets it from. His dad is a serious ham and an opera singer.

Bob's family was all there. His mom, Sis, Dad and since there were a lot of kids Bob kept it real clean. He only slipped with the word "ass" once. I was quite impressed he was able to remember to stay clean.

It is basically a boat dock, so we are on the water and swaying around and sometimes we were riding out a big wake from a boat. It was a beautiful day, a VERY beautiful drive and a great show. Bob always delivers a good time. I would have loved to hear some of his blue material, but it just wasn't the place for that.

After watching all the video I shot I feel like maybe I was a pain in the ass and was "that guy" with the annoying video camera after the show. If I was and if Bob comes across this, sorry Bob! I was just caught up in the nice day, show and vibe.

I would post more, be he had a professional video taping the show, so in case he's looking to sell it, this will be all I will post other than a video of all the freakin' catfish in the water.

His dad opened and I captured that as well. I recorded the entire show. Maybe some day I will put up more, but I want to make sure it's cool and that he doesn't have plans to make a video of his own since he was recording it.

Not that I am aware of, but that's not saying much as I don't know much about him personally. I don't think he does though because I've seen him dozens of times and he's never mentioned any.

That is adorable. I can't imagine Bob being clean. Not sure I would like it.

The pair of them are like wedding singers. I'm sorry to say if this were the first experience with Bob, I might have missed something in my life.

Bob has a 3 year old son named Luc. He doesn't talk about him a whole lot, but he just mentioned him the other night at the Saxon. DANG I wish I had gone to this show. I got the impression that Bob wasn't actually going to be playing WITH his dad. Thanks for capturing some of it on video!!
