  • Im going to ask my mamaa can I ; Im pretty tall so i dont look fat Im about 5'7 & 160 , I Still wanna get fit! (:

  • @NekoZombie That's great to hear! Keep it up! I think it's neat, too, that you aren't looking at the scale. I tend to want to look at it every day, but I know I shouldn't because I'm gaining muscle, because my weight fluctuates 3-4 pounds a day ish, and you won't see as much of a change from day-to-day. Actually, most would recommend to only check once or twice a month. Feeling great, lower body fat [more muscle!], and looser clothes are other ways to gauge success. Scale isn't a tell-all ;-)

    Great job!!

  • i'm 13 years old and i'm trying to lose weight. i calculated my bmi and everything and i am at a normal weight but i still try really hard to lose weight. when i watched this video i realized that i'm not even fat and i'm just trying to lose weight so i can have a perfect body, which won't happen cause no one is perfect. this video made me much more confident about my body !!

  • @iBeLollipop good for you! =-)

yes thats far too much, my bestfriend went from 60 to 47 (due to chemotherapy for brain cancer, not by choice) and she looks terrible. you can see her spine and ribs and she looks sick. shes your height. i wouldnt reccommend any less than 50-51

  • Good video. Well done on your weight loss. I think anyone can do it with determination and long term commitment. It's changing habits and making permanent changes. Really pleased for anyone who does it. End results are worth it!
