You think the answer is that? Here in Ohio there was a job loss of over 200,000 manufacturing jobs in just 2 years. After people started to lose their jobs and not being able to find another job that pays nearly the same, the forclosures rose very sharply. I wouldnt call them deadbeat trash.

as soon as a man/woman signs th promissory note, the loan is funded. Without their signature, th bank cant get th funding from th fed. Then, as soon as th bank sells th note, th debt has been paid. Th question should be, "how many times should th bank get paid on th one note? As it stands today, they get pd 3 Xs over, & thats not including th fractionalization, credit swaps, securitization & the insurance they take out (that the alleged borrower pays for) that the bank collects on if u default.

These guys are awesome. Time to evict those free-loading "moochers" who have not paid the rent or mortgage.
