You see a musician in a funky outfit and assume "pretentious fake hipster". There are some pretentious asshole hipsters, for sure. But, she doesn't come off as one of them, to me. Funky hipster look? I was up front at a recent show, and Jessica Mayfield is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thankfully, she's just not so self indulged that she feels the need to look the part for misguided critics like yourself. I hope that more artists choose to disappoint the likes of you in order to offer the rest of us something truly unique, beautiful, and amazing.
