You're the one that's deciding not to vote at all. You're advocating giving the right to vote on laws to crooked politicians in congress that are only there to represent the business community. I'm advocating that we start demanding the right to vote on LAWS instead of just voting on individuals to vote and write up laws FOR you.

Deciding not to vote at all shows that you do not see any difference between McCain and Obama. That is your choice to register that the system does not work. I believe that their is a difference between Obama and dems and republicans. I am excited about seeing Obama roll in with dominance in both houses of Congress and the ability to appoint a couple of supreme court justices. I am happy to see a swing to the left. Always step left and hit the pocket. I know where I stand.

voting is a representation of your personal faith in an official who will head this country. since democrats and republicans have sold out the taxpayers for thier own peronal career goals thus turning their back on the american people, i wont vote (at all) because i feel that is how i am representing that i am fed up with government officials in their entirety. it was clinton who signed legislation for deregulation, and bush who over spent on the war on iraq putting us in bankruptcy

Your question seem to come from somewhere far across the Universe can you place it into some reference point that makes sense? I have not advocated living under a dictatorship anywhere at anytime. I am a left wing progressive. I would favor someone like Dennis Kucinich for President. No longer in the running. I do not favor any fundamental changes to the Constitution, I favor a strong shift of the Democrat base to the left. The country is moving in that direction. OBAMA!

if you ran for congress you'd immediately have to raise millions of dollars from special interest groups for ads on tv/internet/radio. then once you're elected you'd have to return the favor. Its a corporate dictatorship and all I hear people arguing about is who will make a better dictator rather then really talking about What We Can Do About It. which is NOTHING until we demand the right to Vote with congress on federal laws. 120,000,000 people cant be bought out as easily as 500 can.
