Gov. Tim Kaine Announces Obama's Victory in Virginia

Gov. Tim Kaine announces that Barack Obama has become the first Democratic presidential candidate in 44 years to win Virginia. With him on the stage are Sen. Jim Webb and Sen.-elect Mark Warner. We had been waiting all evening to hear the news, and we knew something was up when Kaine, Webb and Warner came out with other party leaders and started dancing to "Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I'm Yours." Kaine then made the announcement and the crowd at the McLean Hilton went crazy with excitement: "Yes we did! Yes we did!" Amazing moment.
