  • I would use a heat gun. But a blow dryer "could" do the trick. Depends on how good of a blow dryer it is. The iron was on Medium.

  • It depends what the base of the suit is. If it is cloth or neoprene, then you can not use it. If it is rubber, polyurethane, etx, you can use it directly on the material

  • What temperature is the iron? Is a heat gun necessary can you get the tape hot enough with a blow dryer?

  • Where can I get this tape?

  • Is it an absolute must to adhere the new neck seal to the remnants of the old seal? I already have two layers of latex on my drysuit and the problem is that the glue job between the two layers was pretty lousy, so I think I have to just remove all the latex and glue and then bond the new seal directly to the drysuit material. Would I be able to use this dry adhesive tape for that?
