  • Im 30 and finally i'm beating my ocd. I used to count literally everything i did using special numbers. It sucks.

  • I'm pretty sure I have ocd, but it used to be really bad and now it only controls things like blinking and wrist movements, should I still get help? Im guessing its just going away because its not as bad as before, so in the future it should be all gone?

  • Im 11, have ocd, ugh i hate it!!

  • I have OCD since I was 9 years old and it was hard living with it as a kid. Now I am turning 19 and it's getting better...

  • i'm living with stupid ocd!!

    OCD --> go&die!

    we want NORMAL life!

  • I'm only 13 and I'm pretty sure I have it, My mom had it up to a few years ago :C

  • i'm living with ocd

    i was diagnosed when i was 18, shortly after moving home and having my daughter.

    the house i grew up in was extremely clutted and dirty, and i believe as a result of moving out my compulsions where triggered.

    i'm now 21 and living with OCD has got alot easier (although i do still have bad days) sometimes i do cry over it and, thats ok because it helps me to pick myself back up.

  • Iv got ocd :|

  • I have OCD and I am definitely not a clean person as are most people with OCD, but everything I do has to be done in a certain way. For example, when I load the dishwasher, forks have to go with forks, knives with knives, ect, and they have to be the same kind of fork. A small fork cannot have a large fork with it, if it is wrong, I have to fix it, which can forever. This is the way I do everything. I think I have had it all my life, but I was not diagnosed with until I was in middle school.

  • I've had OCD most my life, and didn't even realize it until I was diagnosed last year at age 53...

    I've had major triggers in the last 4 years (wife's cancer, change of job, two friends died, father-in-law died, pet's died, ect...)

    I tend to have excessive doubt, fear of failing, and needing reassurance or verification ...

    I compulsions are things like checking, touching or tapping, washing hands, collecting/hoarding... I also have compulsive hair pulling (Trichotillomania)...
