  • what's the game at 1:46?

  • @Gerstein1 That is Viking Fury, which is the original version of what is now Fire and Ice.

  • so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so.......

Sooo.... I've watched the video a couple of times and so I decided to buy the game because of the great review.

So thanks for the review... and by the way, I counted the word "so" used a minimum of 54 times during the review.

For all the sensitive folks out there, put away your attack-words, put away your flame throwers... I'm not bashing Scott or his reviews, it's just an observation.

  • So?

  • "the problem with caylus is that you have many choices, but some are better then others"

That is called a game, if all choices are always equally good then how will some one win :)

I do understand understand your point about Caylus and about obnoxious zealots.

  • I couldn't agree with you more, that board is real muddy, it hurts to think how good it could have been, considering all the delicious game boards out there.

  • Excellent review of a very good game. After several plays at the most recent BGG.CON, I knew I would one day own a copy and sure enough, this week I placed an order for Metropolys. I personally like the board design as it captures the dark, futuristic mood of a highly planned urban development. The rivers and lakes could be bluer in hue, however.

  • Glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoys ZP. The difference is I've made an entire series of videos ripping him off. :D

  • Very nice video quality on this one. Better than usual.

What are you using to record?
