Tommy The Cat(For the Eggman) on Bass

Hey Josh aka...MMEggman wanted me to play some songs he listed and hey Josh...this was the best I could do xD....YYZ was out of the picture,and the seinfeld theme song was out along with the disturbed song you wanted because I couldn't find the Tabs for it online...Luckly I've been practicing this song alot and I wanted to post it up so this is for you mate...Tommy the Cat the best I could play it...And this is done by ear so its not very good but hey, I tried..lol...So hey to anyone else if you like please rate and comment, and Thanx for watchin.

Pretty good for someone that's only been playing for a short time. I didn't try anything Primus, until 2 and a half years of playing bass.

I give you credit, it's something else to hear it from a de-fretted Peavy bass. What EMG picks are those? SSD, Active or the HZ?

As for your EMG picks...Um...they came with the bass so to me there just standard jazz picks. So im gonna say, active? lol.

Oh, if they are active... you will know soon, if you haven't already removed the back plate to check, When the 9volt dies... You will know.

I had a Spector Preformer 4 with EMG HZ (Which are Passive) and sold it for a Rickenbacker. The only bass I have that uses EMG is a Modified Fretless '83 Aria Pro II with a single active '90s (Possiblly) EMG pickup. It sounds similar to your Peavy, so it might be active. I really don't know much about Peavy Basses though. Nice Tiger Eye design on the body!!
