3/3/3 Compound - Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press
Muscles worked - Quads, calves, forearms, glutes, hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, traps and triceps.
I love this because it increases my explosiveness and works my heart rate so I can avoid steady state cardio.

  • Wow...I love that! I have back issues. I throw it out alot. Deadlifts have put it out before. Do you think that this would be a bad one for me with my history?

  • @jeremysgirl1984 - It's tough for me to answer that since I do not know what back issues you have, however if your history with deadlifts is not a good one, I would focus on strengthening your low back with back extensions, bridges and planks first. Also work on strengthening your ab muscles to help compensate as well. I also work with a couple of highly training fitness coaches daily when I perform these exercises so I would consider that as well before you attempt these unguided.

  • Nice, how much weight is that?

  • WOW ! That's amazing girl ! I'm a man and into bodybuilding about 6 months by now , I wanna start learning soon to do proper that power clean and front squat ! I have mastered deadlifts , learning that pushpress now and it's going well , but when we talk about front squat - There's huge pain when i put the bar on my shoulders ! What can I do about it or do it just take time ?

  • Great form girl!!! This is my next power move to master! I've been working on power dead lifts and bench press. For some reason I am a little afraid of the power clean movement. You make it look good!

  • @licquidice Those are 5 lb. training plates, not 45 lb. plates...

  • @EvertTan

and her front squat form is off. But I don't really expect much from youtube so I are not dissapointed.

  • @licquidice That's not 45lb plates...

  • @licquidice this is far from strong, some weak ass circuit with a little more than the bar. stop white knighting faggot

  • I'm impressed you are much stronger than you look. Looking up how to squat press with dumbells and found your video. You look close to the 135 you are swinging around. Proof women can be strong and not bulky, and still feminine.

  • @thegetinshapegirl Thank you for the response. Thank you for the back strenghthening tips. I will definitely build myself up to this. I've been lifting weights for 13 years, but have had 4 babies in that time...so it's always a challenge getting back to where I was, but I love a good challenge. That's why this workout really interested me. Thanks again.
