Sick effort. Get on the hamstring stretches if you haven't since this video, and you'll find the last couple inches come a lot easier. You'll be parallel soon enough.

varies with me some times i can go ATG easy most of the time i go to parallel other wise my form go's to shit if i drop that extra few inches.

sorry but it still looks an inch above parallel. LOL
I still squat the same though, IMO your getting plenty deep for strongman, but just missing parallel.

Never fails damnit!!!! I was about an inch off of the rack, if i went much lower i would have hit the saftey. Plus when i get down that deep its about the max of my flexibility.
