TV was the best in the 60's and 70's. It was still a very pure. I think about my childhood years watching Disney, Wide World of Sports, Marlin Perkins, and others. It was so amazing that they made the best out of what the had in them days, that's probably why it was so great!!!! The effort was there for sure.....

Yes indeed, Rest In Peace Dick. Excellent announcer & voice-over artist. LOST IN SPACE wuz my fave must-see show back in the mid-1960s (until STAR TREK came along)...and Robot always had the best lines!! Great dry delivery. Robot and that awful nell Dr. Smith were THE great camp team on US network tv!!!!
