that was a crucial error. since Prince was too difficult to market, and rap hadnt really hit until 5 years later with Run-DMC, that meant a string of clunkers like Superman 3, The Toy, Brewsters Millions would come out .... Pryor did have Some Kind of Hero with Margo Kidder, but he had no idea of what they couldve built with Brown, who was far more dynamic, organized and committed ...Indigo couldve been big..just a missed opportunity.

I think the Hollywood powers that be could've gotten to Pryor also and muscled him into backing down. That's why I think he did such an about face so fast. These people did not want a strong independent black company rising up in the industry...especially one helmed under Jim Brown!

Seems like Jim Brown was too Black and Richard Pryor had gotten soft by this period. At least that is how they are playing it here. I agree with that someone might have gotten to Richard Pryor.

yes i'm sure they did. The consequences of these decisions that were made are still being felt in black hollywood to this day. Had they pulled it off, it would've changed the landscape of black film forever.

Not a problem. Keep lining and keep your eyes open as it appears they already are. IT is not what many believe it is,but IT IS. You may know it by some other name, but I assure you, there is a shadow life. Until you're ready, there is no more to say here.

I hear where you're coming from, just don't believe in the illuminati!

Thus, the dissolution of Indigo. Illuminati is NOT in the business of building up the self-worth of people they have made a LIVING off of keeping DOWN!! So they sent their pet demons (DRUGS/SEX{any outsideYHVH's intent/DEPRAVITY) after Indigo and the weak one went down under the pressure.
It's a valid plan. Look to anyone trying to make a difference and notice how "Do as YOU will shall be the only LAW" has destroyed them.
May not seem so, but stay tuned. This truth is REAL!!!!

And for what purpose? MORE COKE! Sad.........................................
Truly a co-opted, man beaten down by a system that he was stronger than, but was raised in a situation that so robbed him of his sense of self that he never KNEW IT.

You're defining REAL POWER AND SUCCESS. This is not what Hollywood wants portrayed to oppressed classes. It defeats their overall plan. They have hope and may work toward REAL betterment. Thus, the killing of men like JFK, RFK, MLK, Malcolm X, John Lennon. Notice the long lives of Jesse Jackson, Farrakhan, etc. Free minds you die, Run your mouth and perpetuate the hate paradigm, you live. Watch and LEARN, people!!

It was the WHOLE of it. The man's entire sense of self was going up his nose. He was f****D up, beat down sold out. The way the illuminati likes black men. Hell, that's how they like ANYONE who threatens their stranglehold. The Chapelle comparison is almost perfect in that until the Africa ordeal, he was seen as a power in Hollywood, just as Pryor was. NO ONE has power when it's fueled by the illuminati's COKE demon. Coke is the breakdown and DEMEANING of anyone unable to break FREE!!

A sense of self-worth is only seen as arrogance in the mind of those lacking a sense of self-worth.
