A man who has been HIV positive for 13 years and is in perfect health, treats his condition only, by eating yogurt. He says that HIV and AIDS, are caused by a gasto-intestinal disorder, that reduces the digestive system's ability to absorb nutrients. The probiotic in yogurt counteracts the disease and prevents AIDS from destroying his body. Probiotics are readily available in capsules and are inexpensive.

Obama has failed to fulfil his pledges to the global funds to fighting HIV/AIDS. Even with his announcement of 50 million, he fails to meet what he promised by 35% and overall contribution since when Bush left office by 20%. Sources: MSF, Desmond Tutu, Global Fund actual contributions by country
