Sanyo Xacti FH1 Slow Motion Video Test #1

That's my first try with the slow motion feature of the Sanyo Xacti FH1 camcorder.
Slow motion means that it is recorded in 448x336 with 240fps (if you don't know, thats 10 times as slow as film for the cinema is recorded).
Using Sony Vegas 9.0 Pro video editing software the video can be made even slower and still looks smooth.

But how can you change the spped while you record?

I can't find a possibility :(

you can't change the speed of recording, it was all shot with 240fps.

I then used a software called Sony Vegas Pro and altered the speed of the video.

i bought it at amazon for about 350 euros, it was well worth it. I like the clear picture and 1920x1080 with 60 frames is simply amazing, even in dark conditions it works pretty well. the only drawback i have is that this camera lacks an optical image stabilizer. while this is no problem at 1x-3x zoom, you get a shaky picture with the full 16x optical zoom.
