Ay my barn we're not supposed to ride horses through gates or especially doorways because if ur horse goes out of control and runs though a doorway with u on it u could get very hurt...it happened to a lady my riding instructor knows :s ...sorry, not trying to criticize- that gate was pretty tall anyways. Just thought I'd share a random word of advice. :)

i started riding when i was 4 and training for shows when i was 7. i'm 14 now and help run the stables with the owner. point of my random life story is keep learning and dont give up! you'll get to the top!

you wont regret starting riding lessons. It's simply AMAZING to ride <3 i can't go a week without riding now, it's just that much fun.

@LivieMillsX i would recommend it highly. It teaches you great things, not just riding, like control, and your and the horse bond and you'd be surprised how much a horse can attach to you, and yourself likewise. I've been riding since i was three and every time i get up its still the rush of pure love and adrenaline
