@Jitunu I guess you should read it again...I was simply saying that for the money, most imports (honda, acura, toyota, nissan, mitsubishi) don't offer much in the way of performance. I wasn't talking about records at all, I was saying that to the idiot that thought just because his buddies Supra has a top speed of what this car runs in the quarter mile that it was comparable... its not.

Your friends supra may be able to go over 210 mph, but it sure as hell doesnt get there in 6 seconds or a quarter mile. You think that vette couldn't go over 210 if it had more than a 1/4 mile? come on! Sorry, but when it comes to drag racing, import cars are always going to be playing catch up. Bang for the buck, the only thing the import world has thats decent is the new Skyline GTR, other than that, you're pretty screwed.
