I got a call right after I posted the other video...here it goes! I told ya'll my stutter was worse than normally on YouTube.

I would never do this i swear you are my hero! I had the same probl calling kaiser permanenta and they keep cutting me off like they already know what i hv to say. THEY SUCK!!! So now you need to just call evry companies cust service and talk to them like you just did ;)

Thank you thank you! I can't even watch this video. I usually come across some understand people on the phone, but sometimes I get those special creatures who have a phone job.

but what gets me..it was poison control! Wouldn't they understand in general.

girl it's ok to have a stutter in my eyes. Yes sometimes it gets in the way. as you can see, but you know what. the Lord gave me this for a reason. Thank you for watching it though. I may do other phone calls with people I'm comfortable with, so people can see the difference.

right on to you for standing up for yourself. I have a form of epilepsy and before I was diagnosed and on meds, it would often come across as a form of studder when i had minor seizures. I understand how it can be embarrassing and annoying.

This was very moving -- that you were able to do it, that the man was truly listening, that he understood the importance of what you were telling him, that he clearly did NOT want your bad experience to be repeated, and that he was going to do what he could to ensure that.

Although I don't stutter, I do have family members and friends who do. I try hard to relate to how they are feeling- but know that I never fully will. I have SO much respect for you, and all the other people who have a stutter.

Talking on the phone and going through a drive threw window must be 2 of the hardest things.

Keep on keeping on!! I think you are doing awesome!!!

I have watched some other videos of yours and you do stutter more when you are using the phone (like most stutterers). The strange thing is that I stutter less when I am talking on the phone and I guess that must be rare amongst stutterers.

I have to agree, that guy was very patient and whenever I hit into these people, it's a relief, they help me stutter less.

but i know where your coming from talking speaking certain settings by the way you could always try some laughing gas next time you need to make a phone call may be out of helium balloon may change you voice though take care great videos
