well then....distance isn't speed. He was going fast he just didn't move anywhere so he didn't get distance. and actually speed is distance divided by time as Trifer said, but That doesn't apply in this case because he didn't move anywhere.If he did his speed would be 0. But we all know it's not. It's like running in place. Exept your on a conveyor belt that you choose how fast to go O.o

@Kynitt Besides the fact that distance is never negative. That's what velocity is for.
