Me giving some tips on how to deal with depression. Also some relationship advice.

I noticed there aren't many videos about how to deal with this stuff but there are alot of videos about people acctually being depresed.

wow, some solid advice you're giving here, if i ever drop into depression i'll re-watch this video. and i hope/am pretty sure it's going to help some random person out there. good stuff man, and i think this length was necessary for the subject.
