An all-night time-lapse with a fisheye lens showing a 360° view of the southern sky with the Milky Way and the centre of the Galaxy rising. Moonlight lights the landscape at the beginning of the evening. Taken March 26, 2007 with Canon 5D and 8mm Sigma fisheye lens. © 2007 Alan Dyer

Beautiful. Thank you! The Magellinic clouds are visible to the right, at the beginning. This view is never available to us in the Northern Hemisphere. I must fly south some winter.
