the grunting is reality.. as i would be making noises if i was killing ppl too. i'd get excited. and angry and all kinds of thing and making noises too.

What I missed was the actual Myers walk. The original part 2 is where he made it most known. I think you left out Myers making grunting noises.Kinda cheesed it up in my opinion.Although they tried to bring it all together it lost the "small town/community" feel the originals had. I liked how the original mainly took place in a hospital but ,I also liked how Zombie's version had very little. But, the movie seemed to fall short at some point. I wouldn't say "Id do it differently" but wish Rob did.

Hey that was a cool review and I like how you did it without acting like a stiff critic would sitting in a chair at the movies.
Hell, I'm just as bad as you and use to make all my siblings watch horror with me. Toughened them up & today we get a kick out of it.
I agree with your review. Wasn't too thrilled about the white horse senerio. Thought that the depiction of Sam Loomis today may have fit how someone like him would be. Still watching, just wanted to chime in. The original was better

I am a die hard Halloween fan aswell. When i saw halloween 2 i enjoyed it. I went back to watch reviews on itjust to see what others thought. And i understand were people are coming from. i thought it still was decent. my 2 biggest peevs with the movie are the whole mother white horse thing and then How DARK all the scenes were. i was in a pitch black theater and still had a hard time seein what was goin on at times. otherwise it was still decent and very brutal.
