Would this be legal for middle school wrestling? If not, can you show me the wrestling moves that are please? I am starting this year and don't want to get my ass beat on silver team. I will be on this team as beginner. So I need some simple and good tricks I can do.

@daykellonko With a double leg lift you have both legs so there is no need to cartwheel over your head. Just swing his legs across your chest and drop him away from your head. If you try to cartwheel and post you will release the near leg and your opponent can post his leg and put you in a bad position. With the high crotch you have the near leg secured with your right arm and are free to post with the left arm for the cartwheel.

Is an arm turk a valid option after jumping sides, instead of scooping the leg?

@cooltoon666 If the turk is there you should take it. Experienced wrestlers will not give the other leg up in this position. It is best to secure the takedown with the near leg hook and get two points before going for a turn.
