Learn how to make a mini origami star.
I added music and words to this one so hopefully it will be easier to learn.

Enjoy!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
*P.S. in case you want to know...background music is called "Always With Me", from the movie Spirited Away.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
**I always get questions on how long the paper should be. Well I didn't make the paper so I wouldn't know...
But it's about 1cm wide and 25-27cm long.
So for those of you who want to make your own star paper, those are the measurements.

Have fun!

***ok...I keep on getting the same questions about where i get the star strips...thx for commenting (much appreciated) but after a while i cant reply to all of them especially when i answered them multiple times before...so here's where I bought the paper.

I bought them in two different places.Some of them I bought in China Town,CA and the other one was in a mall in California.
-the address to that mall in case you ever want to go there.

----Asian Garden Mall(Phước Lộc Thọ)
----9039 Bolsa Ave
----Westminster, CA 92683

***Also you can buy star strips online and they might even be in some craft stores as well as book stores (Michael's, Border's, Barnes and Nobel, etc.)

****Practically any type of paper will work. Experiment and test them all (scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, notebook paper, printing paper, etc.). The possibilities are endless!

*****Try going green and recycle your scratch paper or old magazine papers you never read anymore. Watch "Recycled Origami-Mini Star" for guidance. (It's on the video response and my playlist)

  • btw... how many stars do you have so far?

  • I stopped counting after 1,000 lol

  • how do you make them so perfect? mine isn't perfect. it's like a weird star shape.

  • When I first started, the stars turned out very very odd looking. It took me some time to get the shape right. Practice makes perfect! Don't give up! ^_^
