@MyMeatYearns4Andrea Is that a negative split?
-
amazing form
-
Last four laps: 59.09 + 59.05 + 60.07 + 56.04 = 3:54.25 for the last mile.
-
then lets see it. I want to see it. That rhythm that pace is Kenyan territory only. Its an absolute black and chocolate defining line. You just cant do it. Go on try. 3000m. WR.

@newromantic888 hahaha, everyone know Bekele can beat Komens time if he just put more effort in trying!
-
just watching him run makes me feel tired already.
-
56.04 final lap is unbelievable! there'll never be another like him!
-
3000m in 7.25min, thats so DAMN FAST !!
-
I really like Kenenisa Bekele, I think he is currently one of the greatest middle/long distance runners. He is one of the short runners, but he sure does have the speed. In most cases, it is beneficial for a really good middle/long distance runner to be small built.

@bekele2617 what about the first mile. Poor pace making indeed. Bekele should have drifted past the pace man........not gone like a rocket. All wrong.
Bekele is doing all the right things. Watch him retain the 10000m title at Beijing. Anbessa!

What more can you say? Bekele puts down laps of :59, :59, :60 and :56 to close the final mile of this 3K race. A 3:54 second mile? You've gotta be kidding!
