With the world economy in crisis, it's the poorest children who are hit first and hardest. In this clip, Sunkari tells us about her baby Kadiatu and the £15 she needed for medicine to save her child from dying. As a result of the economic downturn more mothers like Sunkari will struggle to save their children from preventable diseases.

As global leaders meet to build a new economic order, they must not forget the worlds poorest children. Saving children's lives is affordable.

The Prime Minister must use his influence to persuade G20 leaders to honour the promises they've made to the poorest countries. This will be key to an economic recovery that benefits rich and poor countries alike.
