@fookziz I don't know about being from another italian story, but I have heard that Shakespeare was inspired by Antony and Cleopatra. I think that might be a rumour though.

The basic plot was actually taken from an Italian story, wasn't it? Shakespeare borrowed it and wrote it the way only he could.

What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. In some way this is all what really matters to know.

Italian translators made a great job with Romeo and Juliet (in Italy is called' Giulietta e Romeo', a little of galantry...) This wonderful work sounds still musical in Italian (strange!)and, as the translated lines lost the rhyme, the words are so natural it seems to be possible hearing them between lovers even today.
How long did it take to make this precious video, TOF?
