Here's a tip to get the most out of all your ingredients: Don't toss the flowers after you're done with the infusion. I actually just add boiling water to them to make a tea. Lavender was my favorite but rose was also delicious. Also, don't use too much lavender flowers for the tea or it will taste a bit bitter. YEAH! :)

An easy way to strain an infused honey is to warm it in a water bath or pop it in the microwave (without any metal lids, folks!) until it's the consistency of water....makes it a dream to pour and strain into a clean jar!

Has anyone tried making those hot and/ or cold herb massage or soothing packs / wraps for back, cold, sinus etc. I can't find a video on how to make it. It seems straight forward, but i'd feel come comfy if i saw a video first.
