Nearing completition. This block of 6 large scale One bedroom apartments. Timber Construction. This is Sophiel IV next door we are in the process of getting approvals for Sophiel V. Sophiel V will be a very pretty single Studio dwelling consisting of a single one bedroom apartment with a huge loft. We are English teachers who started dabbling in real estate in Japan 7 years ago. Today we have completed several projects including a building several new rental dwelling ranging in size from 6 apartments to 12 apartments and a very beautiful renovation on a previously owned home. We have great teams working with us. We would love to see more foreigners investing in Japanese real estate. This is a very satisfying investment area.
