@j0540212 Thanks bud. Yeah I seem to get overtrained very easy. I think it´s the weights. The heavier the sets the easier it is to take it one step to far. Especially for an old man like myself! =)

Huge weights for taking time off with a cold, etc...very strong. 200 kg for a triple is awesome Nils. I think you have 4 plates for 9 on a good day for sure.
