@Johnnyboy3393 you also need to develop the muscle to do it as well and stamina to do it as well.

Rose smokes and is semi-retired, he was my trainer in the UK recently and he taught me so much in 3 months and had faith in me when others werent sure, he is a fantasic trainer and its great to see he can do this as he didnt let on to us he could still do this, his also very friendly and kind, I want to go to Thailand to train im hoping I can make this happen real soon and yes I will be looking for Rose to teach me !

use your hips and arm to propel your leg, bounce your kicking foot off the floor instead of resetting back into fight stance, and practice!

yea for sum reason its that 30-35 mark that just make u think.."if i quit i suck" type of thing...

Lots of practice, balance and form. Check out some of the other trainers including Neung and Robet Lek.
