@ShietSun Dont know if you still care since this is 5 months late, but fuck it. This song is taking the perspective of someone with ADHD. The entire song is describing the medication someone with ADHD typically endures and even shows how drugs are more important than love. Also, on all of his versus he suddenly breaks to the hook to imitate someone that has ADHD (sudden and constant shifts to different ideas).
