in the vid i say it is the inaugaural speech...i was wrong it is the oath of office. did not want to redo it so i left it as is....
this is what i hear:

@PunkyCourtney no, all the presidents would not be saying this. Reverse speech isnt like that. You could say the presidential oath of office with the exact same words and it would come out different. Its a subconcious speech, not a literal reversal of words.
