Plymouth Scientology Protest - June 21st Part 2

A special protest for our guests from around the country. We had visitors from Birmingham, Nottingham, Exeter, Grimsby and Manchester, who all travelled specially to protest in Plymouth - we're truely honoured guys. We also had a reprentative of the "old guard" protestors and a couple of ex-scientology staff / sea org members.

I see no reason to choose, I can multi-task and multi-protest. Anyone can if they want to, indeed most activists are active on a number of fronts. Do you seriously think this obnoxious cult takes up more than perhaps 10% of my protesting energy? Do you seriously think it is all I care about? When dealing with multiple issues it's all about effective targetted action. This is a very worthy cause and so are the others I have decided to support.

After seeing this- I think the COS "cyber terrorists" black PR campaign looks even more stupid. These are decent ETHICAL people exercising their freedom of speech with compassion and eloquence.

If we do that, cults like CoS can make more victims, root its power deeper in society and become a real cancer (and it already is kind of a serious threat today). So I don't see why we should only focus one mere thing, and besides... oppressive governments? Come on, governments are never perfect but depending where you live, you have way more priviliges than people used to. Maybe you should think more wisely yourself (unless you're a hippie off course, in which case you're hopeless =D).
