I don't think this video is too confusing. Brooke Davis and Tim Riggins used to fool around, they did the whole FWB thing - but Tim started to grow actual feelings for Brooke. This scared her and caused her to kick him to the curb. In this video, Tim is dealing with the heartache and trying to win his girl back. However, when Tim tries to bring her flowers, he sees her kissing another man and leaves, dropping the flowers to the floor. What he doesn't know is that Brooke really hasn't moved on from him either. She still has feelings for Tim, strong ones, she's just to scared to admit them outloud, and THAT'S why she kissed the other guy. Because in the end, Brooke is just as heartbroken.
