  • Heya, I'm doing the smoothy thing too. Instead of using water I make a cup of fruit or herb tea usually indian chai or ginseng and let it cool then stick it in the fridge until I need it. I find it a nice substitute :o)

    What I would like to know is... do you soak the goji berries?

    I find them too sweet sometimes.
