It took two years to build it and the AVRO D, both at the same time.

The tyres are auto shop rubber tube for part of the cooling system. I just asked for 3/4" dia stuff and they had it !!!!

Between the two upper inverted "V" supports there is a horizontal tube. My model balances level about one inch behind the centre point of that tube. Whats a k&w?

can i ask where your CoG is please?

Thanks for your comments! The model balances slightly nose down when supported by the upper "A" frame immediately above the point where the cross bracing crosses

oh sorry. K&W do a "scale" bleriot as an ARF. 1/5th scale...but when they do scale- they dont do scale like yours....they offer museum quality and standard models...but i'd say that even their museum quality falls short of yours. i maidened mine last week and destroyed it...

A fantastic result after what will have been a long build i'm sure. Could you tell me what you used for tyres and where you got the tube from ?  Happy landings and well done.

Hi- thanks for replying. for clarification, is that at the cable junction at the rear of the a frame?...mine is a k&w and the CoG is about 40% from the trailing edge. which apparently is ok (?)...
