Looking good and playing great music was not in fashion in 1995. Self-loathing and blowing your face off above the greenhouse was. There were many things about my generation that were so fucking lame. This is not one of them.

Pumpkins had their moments, but I never had an "urge" to see them live. When I finally got to see UO live, I got to drink beer with them and see a fantastic show. Got a feelin' Billy wouldn't have been so friendly...

Sorry to break it to you, holmes...but this band will never be known for anything. The Smashing Pumpkins crushed any dreams these guys ever had of making it big outside of Chicago.
