How has no-one realised this is a terribly edited collection of twin peaks clips made to look like a sleek advert? Lynch clearly didn't 'sell out' and this probably isn't real.

perhaps David Lynch heard about how bad georgia coffee was and he's making up for it now by selling organic coffee himself. I respect him for that. He odnates the funds to help children, too.

esp. considering what Coca-Cola, the brewer of Georgia Coffee, was doing back then (murdering union workers in Colombia - google "killer coke")

and on top of that he accepted a medal from Sarkozy, france's wannabe Tony Blair. yuck

how is making a commercial being a "whore"?

especially a japanese television commercial -- watch a few on youtube, get a feel for their status as actual pieces of pop-art.

say what you will about japanese pop-culture (i say a lot, myself): their television commercials are world-class. note how short and snappy they are. many of them contain the structure and aesthetic flow of vintage print advertisements.

what greater challenge for a great film director than to make one of these?
