Radial punch trabeculectomy hoping to open Schlemm's canal thus internal drainage may work with the external one. Using vicryl absorbable sutures in combination with the silk sutures in flap closure will result in gradual and spontaneous filtration and it will prevent hypotony and lost anterior chamber especially in early post operative period. using the corneal tract done by traction suture in tight closure of corne-conjunctival closure .
