Nail Design Tutorial: Pink French with Yellow Flowers

hello there ~ this is yet another summery design involving flowers! got the color combo idea from my little sis' new tshirt. i thought it was lovely. *^^*

@218chikita its easy if you have the stuff for it. you use the metal stick that has the bold end and you make dots then grab a tooth pick or wateva u prefer and point it in the middle and drag it towards the inside.
