Fantastic - and done without any stage gate meetings, committees, marketing research or cost-estimates.

This is an excellent plan. It needs some refinements: (1) the top of the four floaters can be rigid, but the air enclosure could be a rubber tube that can be inflated and deflated when riding on land. Even if the tubes remain inflated, the bicycle will not look like a tank. Simply enclose 4 small car wheel inner tubes inside a bag that can be attached to the rigid swinging platform. The rider will have the choice to remove the bag or to deflate the bag. It will no longer look like a tank.
