First Union: The Mountain Will Come To You

Publics and Hal Riney were the agency that produced these, and have worked with some huge names, such as Ridley Scott and Michael Mann I believe, though I don't know who worked on the First Union spots.

Recently Publics/Riney have been making US Celluar commercials, and have an amazing Beringer Vineyards spot on their site.

The DAMF that ran and still think they run this bank are getting there's and I get a warm feeling inside !

Considering how they merged with most of the notable Philly banks, I hated this ad. Mountain coming to us my butt...I want Corestates and the others back!

I remember this series of First Union commercials during the bank merger craze of the late 90s, and just before First Union merged with Wachovia. Gotta love the Charlotte business scene. It's all about the banks!

I would like to know who made these commercials as well. They were better than most TV. Just outstanding. I hope more are posted.

I remember this commercial. The surreal Dali-esque visuals are absolutely ingenius! The commercials from First Union were in a series. I wonder who designed the commercial series. They should put their talents into making a film - a surrealistic one.
