i have windows 7 too :D but when im running games like CoD 5 i get at 1280x720 4xAA only 30 fps and after 2-3 min just 12^^

Its not just the gpu doing all the work, the processor has to (most cases) instruct/ processes physics information and file targets..

    Whats you cpu?

  • @tcpnet

    i have a p7350 @ 2x 2 ghz

if i would overclock my cpu framerate would be higher?

  • @219pole

You should be getting the same or better frame rate than me... Are your drivers (gpu) updated? ... Make sure to defrag your hard drive and check for malware/viruses... Also check and see if ur power plan is set to high performance, if not set it to that!

  • @tcpnet

yes he is updated and now i get because of ,,high performance" about 38 fps :D

    thanks for all the info!

  • @219pole

  • @219pole If FPS is decreasing over time it's screaming HEAT PROBLEM to me

  • @LoquendoItalia Yeah, but at least I can DO more than OS X but OS X can do less but better, I like windows because it can DO more even though it's less stable and Linux cuz it can do EVERYTHING and not crash. And yes you can game on a linux system, you just gotta be a computer god to get it to run.
